Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated students and graduates willing to gain experience in an international company in the area of Customer Service. Sylvamo is not a call center, but a company that maintains lasting relationships with the customers.

With us, you will have an opportunity to learn about pricing, sales and marketing-related processes as well as logistics processes such as demand, production, and planning transportation - and all that with a support from your teammates.

If you are still a student, we are happy to offer you full-time employment in the afternoon and evening hours, from Monday through Friday. Our work starts at 2 pm, 3pm or 4pm to 11 pm, 12pm or 1am, so that the US customers can reach us during their business hours.
